Every year two-thirds of Bangladesh is submerged by monsoon floodwater.  It a difficult time for farmers – whose rice paddies and homes are in jeopardy. But the  waters bring some welcome visitors. Wild fish find their way into the paddies, and onto local families’ plates. As Julie Donnelly reports, a new program is turning rice farmers into fish farmers.
